I need to confirm something I saw on this. The Library of Alexandria, it's here?

At this point settling might be the real adventure.

You may have a point. Life is certainly more...interesting.

The last decade plus I've been on the move almost constantly with guardianship of a child with a target on his head. On the worst of days that was what kept us going, that the day would come when home would appear again. Not to dismiss anyone who thrives with wanderlust as there is something about traveling as well.

In one lifetime, I did a bit of travelling, but I'd settled down and made a home for myself. In the other, I was always running, too. I'm not sure if I was running toward something or away from it. Maybe a little of both. I wouldn't have changed it. I loved my life. I loved living it. But sometimes it's nice to just stay still for a while, spend one day after another in the same place in the proper order. Harder, too, though.

I think it's the running. If you could have the traveling without the running, maybe it would be less wearisome.
