So that was fun. I figure I might as well make this announcement now before something else starts attacking and ruins the moment.

For anyone who doesn't know me. Hi. Tony Stark. Billionaire, philanthropist, genius inventor. (It's not ego if it's the truth.)

Attacking monsters and evil fairies who interrupt my wedding plans aside, Vallo has been extremely good to me, and I have decided I want to contribute back to it. Help make it an even better place for everyone here. I'm here today to announce the creation of Stark Industries Vallo. The focus of SIV will be to give back and make the community here the best it can be. I have a few projects that are currently in the very early planning stages, but our number one priority will be building a new state of the art living facility. It'll have both magical and technical security features to make sure it's always safe, run off of clean energy, and quite a few other features I can't announce just yet.

Obviously, this is a huge undertaking in itself, with a lot of other projects on the horizon as well. If you have any interest in helping, reach out to myself or Pepper and we'll set up a meeting. If your background is in science, magic, construction, philanthropy, whatever - we want to hear from you. You want to help Vallo, we'll find a way to assist you in doing so through SIV.

	Why did you choose living quarters? Is this entirely self-funded with your own money or will there be rent? Will apartments in the facility be first-come-first-serve? If so do you have a plan in mind for when you reach capacity or will it be a waitlist? (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

It's the first thing (outside of the DOA) that most residents see when they arrive here. I wanted to give them something that felt safe. Plus with the types of attacks we see here on a semi-regular basis, focusing on creating a safe facility seemed like a good start on providing something for the community at large all at once.

The project is entirely self-funded, no rent required. The apartments will be FCFS, yes. If we reach capacity, we'll likely look into creating a second facility.

	Has that been a problem with the current living quarters? It didn't get attacked by these recent monsters but has it been attacked in the past? I've only been here a week or two. You have no issues earning income here then? Multiple large full-scale facilities can't be cheap even for a-- uh, Billionaire? (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	There have been some close calls in the past. Nothing major, but I'd prefer to be overly-cautious than under. You never can know what this place is going to throw at us next. 	I suppose that's understandable, but the magic I know is unpredictable and if we never know what it's going to throw at us next, it may not be much safer than anything else. Hopefully, it works. Have you collaborated at all with the Enki coven? They were on Viktor's appointment list when I first arrived. Right. A few of my patrons have been like that in the past. (Reply to this) (Parent)
