It's been a bit since I last saw my frie boss at Rose Apothecary, so that fucking sucks I guess it's probably safe to say that he's not around anymore. Which I'm guessing means I'm probably don't work there anymore.

Maybe it's for the best anyway, since I'm starting my new job this week.

Mostly. Sometimes a local will want something or someone retrieved, but those jobs can often end in violence, too.

That sort of thing sounds more my speed. I'm fine with violence in general. Those sorts of jobs crop up often?

Occasionally. Have to check the boards for missing items, farm animals, people. Or entire lists of items that are never as easy to find as going to a shop.

The other day there was one for a palm-sized, star-shaped rock with yellow moss someone had allegedly lost. It's still there, I think.
