It appears my assessment of my allegiance were correct. As confusing as it might be to me, the dreams are at least allowing me to understand the consequences of actions in a way few people can say they experience. Anger and vengeance are a poison, and I will not let them cloud my mind like my counterpart has.

Thankfully I have completed my course for the year and will not return to school until the fall, thanks largely to a very generous scholarship allowing my completion of learning here in America.

As this is my first time having a summer break, I am looking for suggestions for things to do while I'm off school. What kinds of things to people do on summer break?

As someone blinded by anger in vengeance in my own Dreams, I can say that you may just find a way out of it as more time passes even if it seems unlikely now. But yeah, all you can really do is focus on your life here and not make those same choices and take it as more than a warning.

But that's cool about finishing your class and getting to stick around to finish your education. Where are you at school?

It is a worrying life she lives, and that it is my life. I do hope she finds some way to bring herself back, but I fear it may not be possible at this rate. I hope things are somewhat less bleak for yourself?

I attend the Fullerton and Irvine campuses of California State. I'm in the sciences program there.

I know that feeling. I was convinced that I was too angry to be saved but someone gave me a chance when she had every right to not.... so I guess don't give up, you might be surprised. But yeah, mine seem to be done but they ended better than I thought they would.

Cool. What are the campuses like? I need to find a school to go to. Though more for social work or the like than science.

I just hope mine don't end because I've done something monumentally stupid. Like ended the world. Which is the direction she's going, even if she can't see that.

They're good, I think I like the Irvine one more than Fullerton, just because there's more around it to do between and after class. Social work would be fulfilling career. UCI is very friendly and busy.

Yeah, that's kinda extreme. But if I can get out of a terrorist group then you can avoid destroying the world? Admittedly I'm still new to the whole...hope and optimistic outlook thing.

That's good to know and take into consideration. But yeah. Never saw myself where I am and going into the nonprofit/social work thing, but life is strange like that.

Swimming.

Theme parks.

Feeding me.

Summer jobs.

Sleeping.

Swimming I enjoy, theme parks are... complicated. Feeding you is not a summer activity, it's an always activity, I'm not really sure what constitutes a 'summer job' and sleeping, while I will enjoy not having to get up early, is not something to get too used to.

But I appreciate your ideas Peter. What would be a summer job?

Feeding me can be a full-time job...

A summer job is when you're working specifically in the summer to make money when you go back to school. Like at a movie theatre, or mall, or one of those entry level jobs.

I'm sure that's why Yondu appreciates when Laurel or I help feed you.

Like in a cronut shop? I wonder if that would be wise though. Maybe at a pool? As a lifeguard?

Yondu doesn't feed me, so I'M the one that appreciates it. Nah, I joke but really, you've seen the poor excuse for our fridge.

Most pools are always running that lifeguard course. I saw a sign for it at the gym...i'll take a picture and text it when I'm there next.

Hey! If you have free time, you can always come and bug me at work. I can teach you how to paint :p

Would you like to go on vacation with me?

I've asked Elijah, but I think he's not into it.

Why wouldn't he want to go on vacation with you? That sounds like a strange man.

Where are you going? Not that it matters because of course I would come with you.

Whitewater Rafting on Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. I don't think he's very adventures as I am.

Second week in July.

Does it matter if I haven't gone rafting every? I would have thought it would've been nice for you both to get away together?

I don't think I have anything planned then.

Nope, I have been a few times, i'll help you prepare for it. I love the rush, I've rock climbed, zipline, jump out of an airplane, off a cliff and rafted in a few places, but this is the first time on Colorado River. It would have been, yes, but we could have fun without him. Have you ever been camping?

Now you do!

Well, hopefully I'll be trying both those things. I think they're equally important.

Hopefully you'll get some time to relax through the summer though?

I hope so too. It all depends on how the camp goes though and which of the kids get along with which counselors.

I'm working at a cheerleading camp this summer. It's actually being held on the campus so I'll get to stay in my sorority house with some of the older girls.
