Skwisgaar was, in typical Skwisgaar fashion, perched on the steps outside Mordhaus, watching the sun set and smoking like he needed the nicotine. There was a guitar close at hand, though he wasn't playing just at the moment, wasn't even toying idly with the instrument as he was prone to doing. He was just sitting and watching and looking about as sullen as he ever did.
This didn't mean he was sullen of course, it probably just meant he was thinking. |

Warnings: Incomprehensibility and bad English and probably swearing, maybe drinking, nothing more probably.
It wasn't often that either of the blonde guitarists was seen at Mordhaus these days, but the younger figured it was the only place he was liable to get some peace and quiet. Brenda Annn's was too full of people in too small a space to have any quiet, and the cabin was worse, even though there were fewer people, and he could probably have joined in if he'd wanted to. The point was that he didn't, and he also didn't want to have to listen to it.
So there he was, somehow managing to take up most of a couch, guitar in his lap. He wasn't playing anything in particular, just bits and pieces of everything, this was something that happened often enough that it shouldn't have been a surprise, just the way he worked through particularly confusing mental puzzles. Either that or he couldn't properly remember a whole song at a time. |

Warnings: We'll go with 'probably just Lulu's boobs' UPDATE: Yeah, they're not using the kitchen counter for food prep, nsfw.
His older-self had told him what was going on, but then he'd spent the better part of the day at Brenda's and had subsequently forgotten that Lulu was going to be at the cabin when he got back.
He was doing better than he had been upon the arrival of his mother, mostly due to everything that had transpired after being rescued by the elder guitarist. And, of course, spending any amount of time at the Turner-Brennan household was enough to cheer anybody up, at least a little.
He fought with the door a moment, having to open it one-handed since he had a pie tin and a bag of cookies in the other hand, guitar slung across his back. He kicked it closed again with a bang before going to the kitchen to put the food down. |

Skwisgaar had promised Toki that he'd give living in Mordhaus another shot, so far he was on day two, and it was going... alright, maybe even as much as good, but he wasn't going to go that far just yet.
At that particular moment he was in one of the small lounge rooms, sprawled across a chair sideways, cigarette between his lips, guitar in his lap, just playing whatever happened to cross his mind, most of it not actual songs and not even parts of actual songs. Just drifting through, as it were. |

Toki was a little powderkeg of emotion, lately. He was excited that Halloween was coming up, but on the other hand, he was sad because Teja was just about the biggest brat he'd ever met. He was incredibly happy that Stephanie and he were dating, but he missed his own Skwisgaar something horrible. He was delighted that his future grandson and Skwisgaar's future son were so happy together, but on the flip side of the coin, he honestly didn't know either of them very well.
He was currently over at his future daughter's house, keeping an eye on the baby Cassidy until the little guy fell asleep, and was playing him a lullabye on guitar. He was singing in his native language, softly and lightly - it was a song that he remembered from when he was young, and one of his parents' friends had come over to watch over him while his father was giving sermons. He finally saw Cassidy's eyes drift closed and the baby sucked less actively on his own fist. He smiled and slipped out of the nursery, taking his guitar with him, quiet as could be, before walking back down the stairs. He had the faraway smile on his face even as he entered the living room, and curled back up into the chair with his guitar, playing to himself. |

It started with Teja. That was really all anyone needed to know. He shot Miniver with a super soaker filled with blood, and Miniver retaliated. It was then that Teja started recruiting. Somehow, word got spread fast as wildfire, and the whole place became divided. It was a battle of paintball guns versus blood weapons. The sides were constantly shifting, and people kept switching sides.
The current standing was this, as the main forces:
Blood: Teja, Toki, Nathan, and Torii
Paint: Miniver, the Skwisgaars, and Pickles.
Things could change at any moment, considering that Soren and Cassidy were called up, and Cass called up Henn and Sable. Even 359, Offdensen and Sadako were invited to join in.
Things were getting pretty messy in the huge castle. Walls and ceilings were dabbled with paint and blood. The place looked like a warzone of impressionist artists.

He'd left his acoustic at home (fourteen years in the future), but that wasn't a big deal. After all, he was just there to play pool and try to look 21 like his 'license' said he was.
He'd already ordered a rum and coke, and was looking for his companion. |
