Apparently, the only thing one has to do to stop drinking is to simply... stop.

Which will then lead to life becoming one big never-ending ball of happiness and joy, I'm sure.

Trust me, Kitt. I know the decision is a personal one, and you're the only one who can make it. I hope one day you choose that path, but I know from experience it doesn't work when someone else pushes you down that road.

I'm afraid that's the kind of thing you have to figure out for yourself. For me it was Sophie, and Sam. The way I hurt them both when I fell off the wagon back in January, I couldn't live with myself if I ever hurt them again.

Sam is awake. He has some memory loss, but it's not total. It's like, the past year is missing. He's awake and his stats are improving by the hour. His memory should come back in time.

Iggy is with him, Sophie is here, Candy and Eliot are here, to stay with him. he won't be alone. I can spare a visit, Kitt. It'll help me I think, as much as you.

I feel like the proverbial deer in headlights. There's no hiding from someone who knows. Which means I'll have to buy another bottle of mouthwash before I leave here.
