Movie night again this weekend?

That bitch Sydney put up a filter I couldn't see and I had to tell a friend that I'm dead because she called me out. I need to kill someone Coffee? I need to get out of this room.

Okay, something's been on my mind and if it's okay with you I'd just like to talk about it.

Against my better judgement, my beautiful girlfriend Elena has convinced me that being up front with you all, is probably better than you all finding out about us by yourself.

So, yes.  You all know about the existence of vampires in your midst by now.  Adrian was quite open about it.  Personally, I think they way he announced it made him seem like an idiot.  But, that's just me.

However, not all of us can make the claims that he has.  The vampires in my world are a predatory species.  So, yes I have killed people.  But, I don't have to.  I'm old enough, that I can feed without killing.  I haven't killed anyone since I came through the rift.

I promise, I am not planning on hurting anyone here.  None of us are.  We've mainly been surviving on bloodbags, since UNIT have so kindly offered to supply them.

But, if you are still worried, drink vervain, wear it even.  It'll stop us from being able to compel you.  And if it's in your blood, we won't be able to drink it.  Won't stop me from snapping your neck if I get pissed off.  Only the fact that I'm trying to keep us safe is doing that.

There, I think that's enough honesty for one day.

Hey, you want to get out sometime this week? There's a festival that starts on the 7th. The music doesn't sound great, but there's horseback riding and it could make for a good excuse to just get out.

Oh my God, can this Adrian guy just keep talking? Forever? I mean, I thought I was terrible with people and an entitled bitch, but wow. I love watching this trainwreck.

I'm Adrian Ivashkov, and yes, I'm a vampire. And yes, I drink blood. And no, I don't kill people. Never have. Not even once. I was also born this way, and I'm very much alive (no undead here).

I guess I'm making this post because I want to talk to the people who are scared or curious and answer any questions you might have. Because I'm really not dangerous. And while I'm a total badass, I'm really a nice guy too.

This place actually makes me wish I paid closer attention to science class.

Okay, I'm going to try something here.

My name is Gwen Raiden. And I am a freak. I am electrokinetic which means I generate and manipulate electricity. I could cause this entire city to have a power cut, or cause a lightning storm, and I can't touch people without killing them. By the time I was five years old I had killed four nannies and two gardeners.

That's just who I am. It's how I was born. I'm telling you guys this to show that I'm a potential danger too and I'm fully expecting UNIT to start freaking out about me now that I've admitted this. I've also got experience with vampires, werewolves, demons and lawyers. I actually tend to get on better with some of them than normal people much of the time. But the fact remains that they are dangerous. Many of us are.

So I'm suggesting a very simple set of rules for us all to live by. No matter what race or species we are.

• No killing people.
• No attacking people.
• No mind controlling people.

Beyond that, hey, let us all live and let live, yeah? Seem fair?

Definitely feels nice to join the ranks of the employed.
