Last week, I had the delightful experience of gaining a new set of memories. To say it was unsettling would be an understatement.

I understand this is a common experience around here. How do the rest of you deal with it? Specifically, what do you do when those memories involve others from your world. Do you tell them about the future? Even when it's about as horrible as it can get?

Helena's all ready said what advice I would have given. But I will add that if none of the other parties involved want to know talking to someone may help you process everything

I'm not sure I should tell her even if she does want to, knowing what there is TO know now.

In my experience keeping secrets even in the name of protecting someone never ends well. Hearing it from a friend would be better than finding it out from a complete stranger. Or online. In the end the choice is yours. But I would at least see if she wants to know.
