It's interesting how they say they're celebrating labor today, but it's only the people with desk and government jobs who seem to have it off.

Before our eyes when we are distracted by the glitz and fame of our tower-mates, various other celebrities or diplomatic crises overseas. We know a power play when we see one, my friend.

I do wish the Occupy movement had more stability.

I wonder. As the oppression becomes quieter (but, of course, no less damning or damaging) it seems those opposed -- those who voice their opposition -- soften as well.

Temporally, no, but this civilization's similar technologically and culturally if somewhat behind what we had.
