Things with his parents had gone better than he expected, but it was still a little weird. He was able to talk his dad into letting him leave so that he could meet Bucky, but also so that he and Stacey could talk. He'd borrowed a pair of his dad's jeans and some sneakers, though he kept with the bright blue t-shirt he'd shown up in. It didn't take him long to get outside the apartments, checking his phone as he waited.

	"Yeah, it should be down that way." He nodded. "We can start that way at least." He smiled and headed in the direction Bucky pointed. "Wasn't there a store that had a bunch of frames in it? Or am I remembering wrong?" He'd actually experienced a couple of occasions when memories from his short time in Brooklyn melded into memories from growing up on the island. 	"We can keep an eye out for it while we head to the other store." He nodded. He really did hope that it was there already. He stopped after a few more seconds of walking. 	Bucky stopped short once he realized Steve had, standing hald a step in front of him and looking back. "Y'know, yeah, I think it is." Bucky grinned, his papa might not be the biggest fan of something big and antique but since mama had decorated most of the house anyway it'd fit right in. 	Bucky held out the drawing to look at it as they walked. "Silver." he agreed, thinking it'd look best against the white and grey of the drawing without taking away from it too much, "And not just cause I deserve something nice and fancy." he added with a smirk. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Steve grabbed onto Bucky when he got close enough and tried to keep from dragging both of them down. He managed to get his feet under him, but he didn't let go, at least not at first. A slight blush on his cheeks, he stright ended up and cleared his throat. "Guess I better watch where I'm walking." (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Bucky let out a quick breath of relief as his arms made it around Steve and he felt the hands on him too. He knew Steve was stronger than he looked but he was still a pretty small guy and when he got hurt it could still sometimes be hard for him to get better. Bucky still had his hands on Steve's arms, looking him over, making sure he was alright, "It happens." he shrugged slightly.

	Steve just nodded and let Bucky check him over. It was almost a routine by this,point. Whenever Steve got hurt, Bucky was there to make sure it wasn't too bad. "I'm okay." He smiled softly. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	"At least an appendix is something easily treated." He smiled. "And I got a cool scar." Steve chuckled. He had definitely been through much worse in his life. And Bucky was always there.
