But yes...

As you might know, Asgard was destroyed and we-- Loki and I-- were leading our people through space to make a new home on Midgard, the New Asgard of which Valkyrie is the queen.

There was a war, I'm sure you've heard people speak of it, many of us were affected by it. The Mad Titan had intercepted our ship, and though we had done our best to get our people into escape pods and to safety, it was not so easily done. I was being tortured by one of Thanos' henchmen, and Loki attempted to trick the man to bid us time. He tried to strike a deal with him, but the man repaid him with death. I could do nothing.
