Who says I don't? I just try to temper it when I can, I guess. And remember it's probably not their fault, they don't really know it's happening, it's me. It's in my head. It's my shit to deal with, not theirs. Finding a distraction can help, too. Sometimes talking can help, even just out loud to yourself. And just kind of let it run its course, I guess. But sometimes, I don't think I have the right to be jealous, even if If it's a jealousy that needs reassurance on, I guess try to find it, if possible. Sometimes it's hard to find it, if it's not something you're sure you can be reassured about. Sometimes it's easier to just try to assure myself. It's a process, and I'm not always good at it. But I'm working on it.

I don't know. I was just going to rip my computer apart and rebuild it to distract myself. Maybe build something new.

I got him back, I have people here and I don't know why it angers me so much to share those stupid moments with so many people. I want to shot something with my potato gun.

Two of those options seem equally destructive. Maybe go with build something new. But if you do break out the potato gun, try not to hit an ostrich. I know it's tempting.
