I apologise for the unsolicited advice from a complete stranger. You, of course, may completely ignore this, and that's perfectly fine.

If you can do only one thing for yourself today, even when everything else is a struggle and a fight, brush your teeth. It seems little and insignificant, but it may help focus your mind enough to do another small thing.

Life, when everything hurts, is..'difficult' doesn't begin to encompass the way it feels. But it keeps moving, in spite of us, and it is full of 'one small thing'. I don't know your story, but I recognise the feelings behind your words. It won't get easier, not really, but you'll find you can fill your days with more and more small things as time moves on.
