If you're experiencing an endorphin crash, as a doctor I'm prescribing chocolate and ice cream and, I don't know, cuddle a puppy [18+] or have sex [/] or something to level it out a little. Not alcohol, it's a depressant, it will just make things worse.

Let's just ignore that I basically announced I'm a paranoid bastard who doesn't trust y'all.

I knew I wasn't wrong to turn to chocolate in uncertain times. Thank you, doctor, for confirming this.

Dark chocolate is legitimately good for you (in moderation, as with everything).

That must be newer science. There was nothing to back up my assertions on the matter when I'm from.

Nutritional science is a bit of a mess with all the contradictions and people skewing data to fit their biases but there's some things starting to be settled.

I imagine it's difficult to give a base to something that is so subjective and dependent upon each individual. What's good for me might not be good for you.

Exactly. Same thing with medications and drug interactions.

And if we want the feeling back?

You're telling us to eat our feelings. Is that healthy?

It's not going to give enough of a boost to create a cycle, so it's more like tapering.

If anyone is needing a friend for feeling better, I like friends.

I feel like that would definitely be way too weird.

Are eighteen and ups allowed to join the puppy cuddling instead? Asking physician to physician, you know.

Absolutely. Puppies are an (almost) all-ages activity.

I suppose newborns would be encouraged not to. Most toddlers. But otherwise, this seems a smart assessment.

Or I could just go pet the alpaca again.

There is that. Maybe Tony should put the grill on.

Does anyone have a puppy for cuddling though?

Try Pete? Sometimes shelters want volunteers to socialise with them.

I've got a dog. He's definitely not a puppy, but he's good for cuddling.
