That's perfectly normal. I've been here for about a month and I still wake up confused sometimes. Although jumping to New Orleans and then the 1920s didn't really help matters.

If you have any questions, the people here are friendly, for the most part. Have you found anyone here that you know?

It's not been that long for me, yet. I came just before it was suddenly 1920. Though I was always sort of fond of that decade.


I do. But they are... very different from how I remember. Is putting it lightly, I suppose.

Finally, something consistent with the world I know back home.

Damon, I don't need you looking out for me. If anything, I need you to protect everyone from me.

My mother just died. I just died. Jeremy dies. Everything is confusing and and it feels like a frozen dagger to the chest and I just want to turn it off but I can't.

Because there isn't anyone here who could stop me if I did.
