fred weasley -- 003
[Private to Bill Weasley]
I've never had George date someone I haven't known for most of our lives, and I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do about that. I want him to be happy, above all else, and I don't dislike Cisco. But, I feel like I need to make sure he's worthy.

Which, if Georgie says he is, he is, but I have to be sure, you know? As the oldest, what do you suggest?
[end]

Just found this film that had a clown on the front, and I thought 'this'll be a laugh', and all I want to know is who decided to make something as fun as clowns evil and terrifying? This is a disgrace.

I don't think anyone's expecting you to fall into line easily, Fred, or to have any answers or handle this any way other than how you are. I'm struggling here, too, and I know we're not the only ones.

Fancy a pint?

I expect it.

Shite. Are you? I'm sorry, Billy. I'm so focused on me, I didn't even think. You seem to have your shite together.

Not really, but I like the company that comes with one.

That's a whole different problem. You're doing your best. Yours.

It's alright, I don't expect any of you to think about it. I've been doing my best to Gryffindor through it, but it's not easy for me, and I don't have my shite together hardly at all.

We can do something else if you'd rather. I'll admit to pub fatigue.

Am I, though?

But we should, because you're human, and we just pile it on you.

We have an absurd number of Muggle films at our fingertips. I feel like we need to catch up.

I'm stronger than that. Besides, if it helps for you lot to think I've got it all sorted, it helps. I just didn't think it was anymore.

That sounds brilliant. Would you like to catch up with your niece as well, or should I come to yours?

Course you are, but you don't always have to be. I'm so focused on me, that I forgot that you didn't choose to be here either.

Yeah. I need to get to know my niches and phews.

You've been allowed a bit of selfishness, considering. Just for a while. Here with a daughter who's barely younger than Ginny, no real job, missing Fl In some ways, this place is the worst. But there are some parts of it I wouldn't trade away for anything.

Good. Come on over. You eat recently?

If you need to take a turn, let me know.

I can always eat. Hollow leg, really.

I will.

We'll get you fed while we're at it, then. And now I've turned into Mum.

As the oldest of seven, how much do you actually have to learn?

I didn't blubber nearly half as much over you lot. And I didn't do the long nights.

Yea, but I'm actually right.

Two girls. Mum and Dad were about fit to burst when we started with the one, can't imagine two.

Okay, Bill. I believe you.

They waited a long time for a girl. I'm sure they were thrilled for all of the grandkids.
