Short version? Pocket dimension that defies pretty much all scientific and magical law, but we're working on stabilizing it. Some bad shit has happened, but it is mostly just singing leprechauns and location changes.

You'll love Sam, Liz, and Cisco. Sam is not the Sam we know obviously. Oh, and the gang is all here now.
