I think it is just --- day by day, you know? Every day I don't fuck up, I think "Okay, maybe I can do this." And then some days...some days I just lock myself in the lab until I'm fit for company. And, you know? Sometimes I can go whole weeks without sequestering myself. I think that is what psych-babble means with all the "go gentle on yourself" thing. I'm proud of you, you know. You are working hard at SI and you are trying with all the kids and you are letting Darcy in --- I'd say you are far from messing up, my dude.
