[Stark Industries employees (all types: interns, support, scientists, security)]

Hello,

Many of you already know me from my time here before, which I regret that I do not remember. I will formally begin as the CEO of Stark Industries on Monday. However, I will be in and out of the building this week to familiarize myself with the various labs and ongoing projects, as well as organize myself. I have the benefit of being very familiar with the thought process of the former boss.

That being said, I look forward to meeting and working with everyone in the building. Please, if there is anything you need or any assistance I can provide do not hesitate to reach out. My door is always open to the Stark Industries Family.

Sincerely,

Pepper Potts.

[James Rogers & Laura Kinney]

I've heard a lot about the two of you from Tony. I would love to have you join us for dinner sometime soon.

Thank you, Hope.

I would love to have you, but I understand if the change is too much.

I liked being your intern the first time. Not that I had much time with you... but for some reason Mr. Stark it was good.

You're more than welcome to be my assistant again.

Do you have any particular goals in mind for this internship?

You're a senior in High School, correct?

I like being busy, and I like to be useful. And I realize that if I'm here for any amount of time, I will eventually need to make money to pay for my housing. I don't know if that happens on my birthday, or when I graduate... I'm guessing my birthday.

Yes, I am.

If it's anything like the world we come from, you can probably continue to stay on the Children's floor until you graduate high school, but you would have the option of moving out once you turn 18.

Have you thought about your plans for after High School?

That'd be nice. Not that they're too far apart. Normal schools end in June, right?

Here or at home If I say Not really, if I'm being honest.

Typically June, yes, if Goodland runs similarly to home.

I could help you figure out what you would like to do? Only if you're interested of course. We can look at college programs or other jobs and see where your interest might be.

Back home I went to a boarding school that was year-round. Things are pretty different here.

I would like that a lot, thank you. Guess I can't be an intern forever.

Summer breaks are a glorious thing.

I'm sure we could find other positions in the company that you would like better, if that was the route you wanted to pursue.

I tried to enjoy the one I got here.

I'm not sure what I'm qualified for, but I appreciate the chance to try.

We can figure it out. I can try you at a bunch of things at the company if you'd like. sort of like a rotation of sorts.

What do you like to do?

[ ... ] Back home I liked fight training, recruiting, and problem-solving. Being useful. And for non-job things, I really like painting.

I can't help much with fight training, but recruiting and problem-solving are in my wheel house. Do you have interest in security work?

Painting is nice too.
