What: The Wayne Foundation's Annual Halloween Costume Gala

Wayne Manor was fully decorated for the season. Outside, the massive steps were lined with white and orange lanterns, and twinkling lights. The massive doors were covered with festive wreathes in harvest colors. Once inside, guests were surrounded with spooky surprises concocted by the very best special effect artists in Gotham to tickle their fancy. Servers in zombie waiter outfits circulated drinks and food throughout the party as people mingled.
