Snitchers - A Dark Harry Potter RPG

Puddlemere United versus the Falmouth Falcons game was truly one of the ages. The rivalry itself had festered for generations and at this point, and the much anticipated game had been sold out months in advance. Tickets that were available were in high demand, and when the day of the game rolled around, not a single seat was empty.

Of course, both teams came with their A game. No one truly expected anything less. The match itself started at eleven AM sharp, and was still raging strong after two hours, and Puddlemere was only up by twenty points. The Snitch had been spotted over three times already, leading to a rather brutal fight by flight between both shining Seekers. However, no victory had been clenched, and fans were literally on the edges of their seat, if not already on their feet cheering on their desired teams.

Booze and merchandise flowed freely. Women, men, and children, of all ages, and all backgrounds came together for this much anticipated event. That was when it started… a roar that drowned out the fans started on the East side of the stadium, a violent rumble tearing through the pitch and shaking fans to their very core. The noise was followed then by actual screams of terror as the Falcon’s Owners Box and subsequent seating underneath began to fall in on itself, fire beginning to over take the entire area.

Only a few seconds later a second explosion rocked the stadium, this time hitting the south side, followed simultaneously by a third explosion to the Northwest section. With the explosions, came dark figures dressed in black, firing their wands at will, attacking panicked citizens, some being dragged off by force. It didn’t take a genius to realize who they were, who had attacked such joy filled, exciting event. But Malfoy’s followers have no mercy.
