Hello! Some of you know me, I think. I've seen most of you about Skyhold. If you don't, I'm Merrill. I came from Kirkwall to join the Inquisition, but I spent the first part of my life in Ferelden which is why - one of the reasons why, I'm sure - I've been asked to help with this.

I tend to ramble, sorry. The village of Crestwood seems to have been having some trouble with dead bodies of people and animals, and the important people, you know, up top, think it's worth looking into. Since you were all so much help with the rift and, we hoped you might be willing to help with this, as well. It's a few days traveling, if you're all right with that, so best to pack well, but pack lightly.

And if you carry any healing potions or that sort of thing, it might be a good idea to bring them. Just in case.

I'm going out of Skyhold for a bit. Don't worry about me, I'll have some of the new people with me and a couple few of them seem sensible. And Zevran, of course.

I like to think I can take a joke, but in future, I ask that my arms and armor be off limits for pranking. A warrior needs to be able to trust his weapon and armor.

I'm getting reports of a strange creature arriving through the Rift. It appears capable of changing shape and attacked the guards on duty before escaping. The affected guards were discovered by their relief patrol, and appear to have lost all reason.

Keep alert for anything and anyone behaving strangely. No one is to patrol alone. I don't care how skilled you think you are.

It took all morning, but I've successfully crafted a sword. Would anyone care to spar before the sun goes down? Peter, I'll even handicap myself since you're recovering.

I hadn't had time for calculations until today, by which time I realized I'd missed my birthday. This is a beautiful setting in which to spend it.

How are you all today? The magic of this world has unpredictable effects, I have noticed. Perhaps we ought to meet to discuss our role here. Do we have any plan for returning home?

I have gathered that we all come from very disparate worlds and are stranded here together for the m. I believe I introduced myself to several people last night, but for those to whom I haven't, my name is Edmund, and I hail from the of the land of Narnia. I imagine most have met my brother and sisters by this time. I look forward to meeting anyone whom they count friends.

I can't feel the Earth, and something's odd.

Hello? I do hope I am using this device properly. This is King Peter... Pevensie, though I suppose my title means little in this new realm I seem to have stumbled into. Is there truly no way back to Narnia from here?

I’ve been here for a few days now and I’m still not sure I believe any of this is real. I decided perhaps it was time I said hello, though.

The months are different here, as are the stars, but I think tomorrow would be my birth day, by your calendar. It’s a bit surreal. I can’t remember ever really celebrating it before, so I’m not sure what to do with the day now that I’m here.

It occurs to me, that many of you may not be aware of some of our traditions and holidays.

The first day of Firstfall is Satinalia. This is usually a wild celebration, where people wear masks. Many of the traders should have masks if you care to join us in celebration. In my home country of Antiva, we usually celebrate for at least a week, usually followed by a week of fasting.

However, I believe Fereldan and Orlais tend to stick to the large feasts and gift giving on just the one day. Which I suspect is all we can really get away with here.

Still, I have arranged for us to have a feast on Sunday, with hopefully a masquerade ball. Assuming the minstrels I've hired manage to make it up the mountain in time. I do hope you'll all join us, even if you are from another world.

I admit I half expected to wake to my elder sister's scolding, the sensation of healing after battle is so familiar. Thank you to everyone who took care of my sister and me. With the time on my hands, I've been studying history. The library here is wonderful.

Good evening. I'm afraid I've been too busy exploring to test this introduce myself here. My name is Edmund of Narnia, now one of many guests Skyhold, it seems. The similarities between worlds are fascinating. In Narnia, I believe this month would be Leafgold, although the year was not so far gone when we rode out yesterday morning. I can't say that I don't miss home, but the hospitality I have been shown helps to ease the burden, not to mention a spectacular view.

What discoveries have my fellow visitors to this world made? And to our hosts, what spots would you recommend to newcomers?
