During the battle with Kovira in the Spirit Wilds of Republic City, Avatare Korra uses the Avatra State to protect Kovira from the Spirit Energy Canon blast. This tore a hole between worlds, and transported the Avatar and her friends through the weakened barrier between not only the spirit world, but also the world of Thedas.

Arriving in the village of Haven, and surprising the few remaining guards of the Inquisition, they discovered a world that was both similar and yet different to their own.

I estimate that Firstfall is the equivalent of November on Earth.

So, I know there's only three Americans here, but I asked the kitchens very nicely to provide us with something resembling what we're all used to for Thanksgiving. Because the thankful aspects are still good. If not the whole colonialism and stealing land from the natives bullshit.

I admit I half expected to wake to my elder sister's scolding, the sensation of healing after battle is so familiar. Thank you to everyone who took care of my sister and me. With the time on my hands, I've been studying history. The library here is wonderful.
