Premise Summary: In 1981, Lily and James Potter survived; instead, Albus Dumbledore was killed by Lord Voldemort, who in turn was injured severely. Two years passed without word from the Dark Lord or movement from his Death Eaters. Wizarding Britain slowly began a life of normalcy without realizing the danger boiling under the surface of the otherwise calm Ministry of Magic.
