I thought his first girlfriend was supposed to have been Lori Eaton, during his brief stint at Hudson U or something? (Not that a first girlfriend necessarily means he lost his virginity to her, but for some reason I had assumed Lori.)

In Nightwing: Love and War, there are flashbacks to a time when Dick ran away from Wayne Manor while at high-school age. That's when he had his first sexual affair, according to this strand of the continuity. Later Dick tries college and, if his 1970s college girlfriend exists in this continuity, he would have gone with her then—for the whole semester or however long he lasted.

Back before the Crisis, Dick had a one-story-long crush on a figure skater, and a slowly warmed up relationship with Betty Kane/Bat-Girl that eventually involved necking in "Prisoners on Three Worlds." Both those relationships predated his college dates.

Hmm, I did not know that. Who was writing Love and War? Was that Marv Wolfman?

Yes, that’s one of the collections of Wolfman’s Nightwing issues.
