Power Girl Meets Terra

In light of Atlee showing up in recent issues of Power Girl and the reposting of their shopping trip, I thought some introduction to the two might be appreciated. These scans from issue 1 and 2 of the Terra mini by Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Conner. It's not even close to 1/3 from either so don't panic mods!

Quick bit of context, Terra is fighting Lavarians (does exactly what it says on the tin) and she's just evacuated an island by making a bridge out of coral. But she sort of passed out and got sucked into the lava. AND GUESS WHO SHOWS UP?

I'm pretty sure Karen couldn't put Atlee's face more in her boobs if she tried.

This page and the next one aren't entirely relevent but I included them because a) they give a bit of background on Atlee and b) I kind of love Doc Mid-nite. Also note the mouse and the owl. SO CUTE

The next page (and final page of issue 1) is the Doc and Peej staring down at Terra with the Doc saying "They're a perfect genetic match." I cut it because it's not really necessary.

Next issue! Terra wakes up!

I really don't think I could love this page any more than I do. Peej's expression and body langue is fucking brilliant. I love Amanda Conner.

Angry face! Gratuitous nudity! What more do you need? Also, isn't Doctor Mid-Nite blind? Does he need to look away from naked!Terra?

I'm pretty sure Amanda likes drawing nekkid ladies. But it's still pretty classy and natural looking.

And then they get interrupted by Silver Banshee and then another monster thing shows up. It's just a fight scene and I'm cutting it in case anyone (possibly myself) wants to post any more of the issue. It's still a pretty awesome scene.

And then the end of the fight:

After this they don't see each other again until here. So that's all for today folks! If people are interested I may post some of Atlee from her mini and appearance in Supergirl.

	PG and Doc Midnite would be a cute couple. I liked him and Black Canary together. Ever since Dinah just dumped him when Green Arrow came back to life (and she didn't even get back with Ollie at the time) I've hoped that Doc Midnite's love life would take a turn for the better. 	I think Canary and the Doc were still technically dating when Ollie came back to life. Then she went out to dinner with Ollie, they fought a villain who attacked their restaurant, then she brought him back to the JSA Brownstone for sex. And Ollie tried to sneak out during the night.
