Last page removed at someone's request. Sinestro guy threatens her, his energy goes into her staff.
I should also mention they let the Sinestro Corps guy get away. They use fear to drive him off.
So how do you interpret this?

That was the way the rings used to work. They had a limited amount of memory available and when Hal needed to go to a far universe, he had to download the information regarding that universe.

In this case, it seems more likely the Guardians have restricted access to the language.
