This my friends is badass. Blasting the dieties who you need for survival and are a many times more powerful than you? Awesome. Blasting them with the memories of your tormented mind as well as those of their friends and families feelings? Badass.

Also I kind of like the conundrum. They might be dickish but they literally have the power to fix the world of course then we start into the how do you decide what needs fixing...still a great Tomorrow Woman issue. Seems she's here to stay but still the rest of Trinity will show if that's true or not.

Most ideal from the symmetry perspective would have been if Etta had come, really, so they can ask "does Etta Candy need a best friend;" sister isn't the same as son, but it's still family, and "friendship" would be a more distinct dynamic. It wouldn't, unfortunately, be a whole lot more founded than Tresser, but it would be more consistent with where the Wondy title is at right now, and have a great deal more validity on a meta/mythic level, which is kind of what TRINITY's about, anyway.

Of course it's way too late for that, but it does make for an interesting question about "what if it had been Steve instead." In that case you'd pretty much have to go with Donna, because what *is* Steve to Diana, post-Crisis? Friend? Brother? Cousin? She's named for his mother, but I don't think there's really a word for their relationship.
