Of course to this day I can't quite make sense of Spoiler and her actions in Gotham Underground, aside from confusing the shit out of me. I honestly think DC was trying to make a new Spoiler before they decided to "revive" Steph in Robin.

Joking aside, having one of the DC young blonde superheroines be green eyed or brown eyed (especially brown eyed - less chances of the next artist switching to blue again) would be really great. Or how about hazel, amber, mixed? They probably think that lighter colors show better in comics, as far as eyes go but the uniformity of young blue eyed blondes is gettng a bit too much.
