...when I talked to him, I didn't look very deeply. But his, um, tenant is a lot more active than it used to be. And a lot more dominant; I think it's at least partly in control. There's some kind of connection between it and something else here, a strong one, but it realized I'd noticed it and hid from me before I could trace it.

I think we've got a problem here, Aeris.

Mm, Sephiroth . . [hand goes to her belly unconsciously] He's dangerous. If he's trying to take hold of Cloud, he's probably planning something.

To be honest, I don't really know what to do. If I could go inside Cloud's heart, I could fight her myself, or if I had the Planet backing me but as it is . . .

Not that I've been able to sense, anyway. Like a parasite on their consciousness.

*nods* I'll keep an eye out for him. At least we have some warning, even if we don't know anything about what he has planned.

...Frey gave me his mirror, before he left. He had that power, to go inside the heart, so maybe...and even if I can't use it that way, I think I can fight her without, if I have to. I don't know if I'd win, especially not limited, but if it comes down to buying Cloud some time...

	nods He's stronger than he'll ever realize. Trying to go against her directly is something I'd consider a last resort, anyway. There's too much risk that he'd be hurt in the process, even leaving aside questions of who would win. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
