I know I retread these every year but I cannot help myself. I love Halloween, fanfic, and Brian/Justin - it's an irresistible combination. Plus there might be one person out there who hasn't read these yet. (And there's more to come this week!)

One of my biggest emotional kinks for Season One Brian and Justin is someone realizing how much Brian cares about Justin when they stumble on a glimpse of Brian's tenderness towards him.

I can't believe this hasn't been retreaded... has it? Was it just tagged wrong?
This is, I believe, the first HIV scare fic I ever read in fandom. I hate it when that theme gets exploited for cheap angst, but when I tell you this is by the great classic QAF fan fic goddess bigboobedcanuck, so there's nothing cheap about it.
It's post-414 but is consistent with canon up until that point.
