Emmett placed the bowl of green apples and red strawberries in the centre of the table, a light dusting of sugar keeping them fresh, and admired his masterpiece.
Michael sliced the green apple for JR’s lunch, smiling as he listened to her singing to herself as she sat in her highchair.
Lindsay wandered around the market, cursing for forgetting the shopping list, but remembering green apples were needed.
Ted opened the fridge, annoyed he hadn’t filled the vegetable bin, empty except for one green apple. |

Title: The Cheap Stuff
Notes: I wrote this last week when the challenge changed and then got caught up in writing something else and *totally* forgot about it until this afternoon. No beta. Just fluff.
And the condom goes to: Brian.
“Justin! Get your ass in here!” Brian sounded annoyed. He’d gone in to take a shower, ignoring Justin, who was doing his math homework.
Justin hesitated at the bathroom door.
“Yeah?” he asked.
“What the fuck is this?”
“Shampoo?” The answer seemed obvious to Justin.
“It’s fucking Suave green apple shampoo and if I ever see it in my shower again, I’m sending you to live with the lesbians.”
Justin shuddered.
But...later that night, as Justin kissed his way down Brian’s body, Brian caught the scent of Justin’s hair and decided that maybe he liked Suave green apple shampoo. |

In the hall, he finally heard the din of Transformers coming from the family room. Ah, Gus was here. That explains the decimated fruit bowl in the kitchen.
Entering the family room, Brian found Justin and Gus asleep on the couch; green apple cores, melted chocolate, and peanut butter smeared knives littering the coffee table.
