Where am I? This is not Chicago, and it certainly isn't Davidson Military Academy. This.. this can't be right. I got a feeling it's New York, but it can't be. People don't just wake up miles away from where they were. I need to find my cousin Mark. Or my drill sergeant, Mr. Neff.

Man, there's gotta be somethin' to do around this place. Way too quiet and boring around here for my tastes. Where's the action? I know all you people aren't just sitting around doin' nothing. Somebody's gotta know something. Help a girl out here.

I go off on a bit of a trip and you lot blow things up? Typical.

New city, new people to help.

It seems like there's a lot more people who need the help here. I guess I'll just have to work harder. That's all it takes really. Hard work...and determination. And optimism. You need a lot of that. I mean, you just have to see the good in people, and want to make a difference.

Still...I kind of wish I knew how I got here. Usually you remember moving somwhere new.

Well, well, well, isn't it so nice that people from the old homestead do just keep turning up? It is turning into quite the family reunion with Romana and the Rani. I imagine soon there will be a party with cake, jelly and ice-cream and balloons.

It wouldn't be a proper reunion without balloons, would it?

Don't worry little humans, I haven't forgotten about you just because there are more Gallifreyans around. I have lots of little surprises in store for you! I just don't think you'd enjoy them too much, balloons never seem to go very well with funerals.
