Ah, dark nights, depression strikes so quickly.

I like school. College is turning out to be a good idea.

This place can be very quiet sometimes, but at least I see a lot of friends around. Heck, if nothing else, having Pryde and Lee around will keep me hopping.

I don't want to go. I am making a plea here, yo. I'm allergic to school, gives me the hives. John! I am totally going to drag you with me, because if I have to go I am at least going to have a partner in crime with me. I can make you go too, cupcake. I will hold you at firework point if need be.

I mean seriously? One agitated flail and something because of me is blowing up...too many normals around for me to be blowing stuff up. Next thing you know some crazies will want to crucify me on the front lawn...again.

I would totally hole myself up in my room if the crazy lady sending me couldn't walk through walls. What is the crazy Asian talking 'bout? School evil vile mind numbing school. I really hope the world's first rebel knows what he is getting himself into.

On a different train of thought I had forgotten how much fun an espresso high really is. Charlie took me out for coffee and it was great fun. I need to grab Dougie so we can go shopping like he promised. I know the poor boy sits in his room too much most likely.

Right. Looks like it's time for another lesson in keyboard usage.

Okay, if you want to make a capital letter, or use the top symbol on a key with two symbols? You're going to want to use the rectangular key with the little arrow pointing up and the word 'Shift' on it. There are two of them on a keyboard. You have to hold it down while you type the letter, not just press it beforehand. If you want to make several letters in a row capital, use the rectangular button that says 'Caps Lock'. That one you just press, not hold, but please remember to turn it off after. Spaces are made using the really long rectangular bar with no words on it. If you make a mistake and want to get rid of it, use the rectangular key with the left-pointing arrow that says 'Backspace'. I'm pretty sure that's it, but if you have any more questions, just ask. I'm not even thinking about going to go into coding right now.

Seems like more and more people from my universe are showing up. This is kind of cool. At least most of them are used to people coming back and don't freak out.

Olympics. Just four little years ago I was going to go. I qualified and everything and then everything went to shit. How the cookie crumbles though man. Makes me wonder if I could still qualify. My training regimen isn't as extensive and I eat far too much pizza. The boobs don't help either. I would have had a short run being a gymnast with a chest like this. I would have loved to have gone this go though. How hilarious would I have been being a Chinese American in China that can't speak Chinese?

I feel massively geeky for saying this, nothing new there, but do I really have to wait a whole month for classes to start up again? I'm really looking forward to finishing up my graduate work.

Dr. McKay, do you have anything I can help with before I get bored and start testing what electrical equipment my power does and does not short circuit again? So far the does is everything. And the does not is nothing.

I guess it wouldn't be a real "welcome back to New York" without an attempted mugging. Though I did live here for about ten years before I left, and it never happened before. I guess it was bound to one day.

Concussions hurt a lot more than I thought they would. And now I have to wait for the stitches to come out before I can go back to work. Guess I'll get a lot of reading done.

I love my new flat.

Er. Apartment. I have to remind myself I'm not in London anymore.

Home sweet home, I guess.

...I'm alive and in another time... another city. How did I--?

I thought it was over.
