The Quarter Quell, that already happened. There's a revolution going on, we were going to take down President Snow and then I was here. I went back and it was like no time had passed, Peeta, then again, I came back here. It seems like a lot of time has passed though, since I was here before. Though no time had passed in Panem.

You're right, it's really confusing. I'm glad you're here though. Someone said Gale's here? Is Haymitch here again too?
