Notes: I'm going to attempt this, and I even have sort of a plot to string all together, in theory. We'll see how well I actually manage.

While cleaning out my grandfather's house, I came across something that I know wasn't his, and can't figure out why he had them, but ended up giving me a structure for this story. What I found is Gypsy Witch Fortune Telling Playing Cards. It's a standard deck of 52 cards, but each one has a special 'fortune telling' meaning on it as well. The cards are laid out in radiating circles to tell fortunes, which is why there are references to near and far. I think I'll leave the readers to decide distances as they feel. Each bit of story will be it's own card, which brings us to part one:
