At what point have I lived in the wizarding world long enough to tell the lot of you that the ballpoint pen is nearly sixty years old and is not a technology to be afraid of? If you dislike the idea of brios, may I suggest fountain pens with refillable chambers have been in existence since the 1850s. Heck, even dip pens are better than quills. Less likely to get broken.

This is brought to you by the fact that I am pretty sure I've gone through half a dozen quills in the last two weeks.

I think I might have gone out on a date? Only I'm not sure if it was a date. But it kind of felt like a date, only we weren't the only ones who went out for a drink.

I had a good time over drinks Thanks for inviting me When's the next Falcons game?

I think we could manage the first one, although it will have to be a hard pass on the unforgivable.

Certainly a way to get our brand out in a way that might actually be a positive change.

I can only imagine what a wizard might look like trying to figure out a computer, which is not quite on topic but certainly amusing.

At least start them off with a manual typewriter.

You would get the typing aspect, but miss a lot of the interaction. Although I suppose the journal network might ease that transition a little.

Manual typewriters at least have the benefit of getting them used to a keyboard and not having to rely on deciphering handwriting. It also doesn't use electricity, which removes the first barrier many hold up as to why muggle technology will never work.

Once they get used to that then you introduce computers, word processing, and the magic of the internet.

This is why I am keeping it to my imagination for now.

However, I think those are the kind of valuable lessons that need to be brought to wizardborns and even taught at Hogwarts. Especially as technology becomes more advanced and the Internet becomes a non-magical staple. It could even propose a problem if magic and electricity don't mix with the way the world is going.

You know my proposal. You can't get a NEWT in Muggle Studies until you've lived wandless in a muggle city for six months.

It is an interesting proposal. It would take a team willing to manage as well as an overhaul of the textbooks and curricula.

The point is the overhaul of the texts and the curricula.

Also to build a little empathy for Muggleborns as "Strangers in a Strange Land".

Judging by the rate my parents are buying up gadgets? I think you're right.
