Merc's standing outside the tent, eyes to the sky to focus on what's happening up there now that it's 5v7. He knows better than to go in while Florrie is working, but notices Elsie arrive out of the corner of his eye.

"Florrie's thorough, she sends most of them to Mungo's at least to be cleared." Which wasn't to say how bad it was, he didn't know either, but just to say that Mungo's people being here didn't automatically mean the worst. Though with a hit like that it was well warranted.

Even if he didn't say it, she was already thinking the worst. Bludger to the back. Paralyzed. Career-ending. Hell, possibly even life changing and not in the good way. She needed answers really. She knew Merc didn't have them, but fuck if she was ready dare to step into the tent.

(And she really didn't want to see if it was bad.)

"I thought I saw Healer Pye go in." And for her that was a damning enough statement. "Think I can stay here util someone pops out with an update?"

Merc didn't know the Healer's name, so Pye had no significance to him. A healer likely went in but to him that just went with the Mungo's crew coming by. "You can stay," he nodded. Because that's what he would've wanted in her position, and at least this way she could follow to Mungo's. "Hopefully the rest of us will be by soon to visit him there and see how things are." No more big injuries this season please, George had been too much, and Lex had been a scare.

Ellie wrapped her arms around herself. Fuck. It wasn't fair, but a very real thought through her head was this was the last thing she needed to be dealing with right now.

"Yeah. Of course." At the very least there was nothing left in her stomach to hurl so it just kept doing unsuccessful somersaults. "Fucking disaster of a match here. But you have a strong side." She offered the words because it was better than the silence which only fed the thoughts in her head.

Merc put his hands on his hips and looked back up at the action in the sky. "Mm, we made our statement though and have our points. I'd rather wrap this up now before anything else goes wrong." His team could handle it but 5 vs. 7 was not ideal unless you were the 7. One big injury and an ejection was more than enough for today.
