Who: Lila and Felix When: Mid-morning, after this Where: Heading to the 7-Eleven
Felix didn't want to admit that the message from the stupid furby earlier in the week had bothered him. He figured he was doing a decent job putting up a front, even when he was only in view of the cameras, but for the past two days he'd been sleeping like shit. He was up by 7:30, mulling over what he wanted to do for the day as he stared at the locked door, his phone still waiting for an answer to its query. He didn't want to be in the mill. Or the main house. He didn't want to play nice with people, even though that bit wasn't really all that hard. So he brewed some coffee and ate one of the cake cans he'd stored in his closet for breakfast, letting Shark bounce around the room for a little while. He knew he ought to take her out at some point now that it wasn't raining, but he could do that later.
When his breakfast was done, he answered the prompt, waiting for the click of the door before he messaged Lila. Sure, he couldn't exactly be honest with her anymore than anyone else in the house, but at least with her he wouldn't have to fake shit as much. Besides, as the only two ExB members left on the board they really ought to spend some time together. Maybe a field trip could be beneficial, especially one filled with things they could potentially use for fucking with everyone else.
"I think if we ever start earning group ExB group rewards again we should consider some kind of...accessorize-ability with this shit," Felix said about fifteen minutes after emerging from the mine tunnel on the ladder that planted them on the other side of the ravine. He plucked at his stealth hoodie, shifting the empty gym back higher onto his shoulder again. He already felt better now that their home base was miles away. "It's not so bad right now, but if summer's around the corner sneaking around in eighty degree weather in this shit's gonna be a pain in the ass. There's gotta be some kind of ExB brand stealth jogging shorts or something. Or see if we can't pick something we already own to put together for sneaky daywear."
