Who: Cissy and Nic
When: Wednesday Afternoon
Where: Main Corridor
What: Cissy is out wandering the halls.
Rated: NSFW
The flowers that she had picked the night before were already dead. This made Cissy sad. She hated when things died. It reminded her of how mortal she herself was, how mortal everyone was, and made her think about the fact that she would die one day, and so would her papa. And thinking of him made her miss him so very much that she nearly wanted to cry about it, but she wouldn't. She couldn't. She hated the way that crying made her eyes all red and puffy.
But she was clearly not feeling herself today. This was apparent in her lackluster appearance. Her hair was left down and and it hadn't been brushed. This was apparent by the tangles that she had. And instead of wearing one of her usual pretty dresses, she had on nothing more than a pair of pajama bottoms and a tank top with no shoes upon her feet, though that part was fairly usual. This, coupled with the frown upon her lips, easily gave way her mood as she wandered the halls, softly singing to herself, dead flowers in hand.
The song was a lullaby that she could remember her papa singing to her when she was just a child and she was sad, "Baby Mine". It was from the movie Dumbo. And as she softly sang the melancholy lyrics, she dropped petals from the withering flowers upon the floor, crushing them with her bare toes, oblivious to those around her.
