Conrad Weller
[It's a little funny. Being freed from the chains was liberating, but now that Conrad is seeking something to keep him occupied he's drawn a complete blank. He's unused to being without obligations.]

[Conrad finds himself in the kitchen, Brownie perched on the counter and making short work of some people-food Conrad found her. He vows not to spoil her overly while Vash is gone, but for tonight she would need the comfort. Every so often Brownie will glance up, as if trying to ensure that yes, Conrad is still there, and Conrad will give her a scratch so she can go back to her dinner.]

[He's not sure what he's going to do after this, but something. With Brownie so accustomed to her bed, there's no way she won't want to be in Vash's room, and Conrad can't bear to force her out. She's lost enough today. But all the same, returning there can wait a few more hours at least.]

[Joshua is never really one to mind his own. It's not that he wants to know everything that is going on... Moreover that is just what he is used to. He is accustomed to being constantly tapped into everyone and everything. The steady flow of Music always with him and Shibuya. Probably why it's so odd for him to be left with none of that. Might be one of the reasons why he is so restless. Which might contribute as to why he actually bothered going into the computer lab this late.

It's not that he hates computers... It's just he doesn't really use them all that much. But what he does notice is the little disk reader light still blinking. Being the sort of being he is... Joshua has no qualms about taking a little peek. What he finds? It's not really what he is expecting, all in all. Not the way Joshua intended on finding out about the list of crimes (since yes, he had been thinking about different ways of coaxing it out of Vash...), and if he were anything but a Composer, he might have felt guilt.

Might have.

Without a second thought, he ejects the disk. Considers breaking it, but then just pockets the thing. No one needed to know, right? And without the private filters... Joshua doesn't think he can reach the guy privately... So...]

Augh. You'd think that we could pick up after ourselves, even just a little bit. Really... Just leaving things around for anyone to find and have clean later is just a bit irresponsible, don't you think? Especially around computers, no less.

Never know when something bad can happen, right? Would hate for Sentience to have to work harder.

((ooc: No, Joshua will not be discussing disk contents with anyone. Ever. Open for people in the area or for those that realize what Joshua is talking about. Yes I has Sarah permission too. :>))

[Ranma is currently in the dojo, working through some basic martial arts kata to warm himself up. He's actually in girl-mode, since he's waiting on a woman called Shadowcat to show up, and it just wouldn't be fair to fight her one on one as a man. She's been itching to have a good spar; Kunou's just too easy to beat, and this girl sounded confident enough to at least make it interesting.]

I should probably make this quick, though... Man, I hate fightin' girls...

Yuuki Kuran
[Yuuki grunted again. She didn't know how it had happened. She'd walked up the stairs, the ball and chain following close behind her, only to stupidly manage to get it stuck between the slat of the top step. This is ridiculous, she thought exasperated.]

I'm not...going to lose to something like the stairs...!

[She groaned. Frustrated, she attempted to twist around and yank again, successfully getting nowhere. If she had her regular strength it would have been no problem freeing herself, but stripped of her powers...no matter how hard she yanked or worked at the chain it wouldn't come lose, and she was tired after another hard day of work. Not to mention just the slightest depressed. Pulling back with all her strength, her free foot slipped on the stairs. Crashing down, she fell backwards onto her bottom. Immediately she bit her bottom lip painfully, a fang protruding forward as she did so.]

O-ouch...ouch ouch...

[There was utterly nothing graceful about the pureblood's fall or being stuck to the top step. Someone of her station wasn't supposed to find themselves in embarrassing positions like this. With another, small, frustrated sigh she rose carefully to tug at the chain once again.]

God-Emperor Fou-Lu
King Yuuri, when it is convenient for thee, I wish to meet and discuss a few matters of mutual interest.

[there's a moment of silence before he speaks again, his tone strained.]

...and, Saix? Congratulations.

Marina Asylum Denizens
Criminals, I regret that there must be something of this nature, but as some of you are aware, inmate Ryohei Sasagawa has died. A small ceremony will be held for him shortly in Sector 4. You are encouraged to attend if you are so inclined.

Those of you who are still restrained can request escort to the memorial by a remote unit.

[feel free to socialize amongst yourselves. a remote unit will say a short, non-denomenational memorial about ryohei, and some nice instrumental music is playing from somewhere. ryohei's body is not present, but the remote unit is carrying a small tasteful urn]
