And as much as I hate to agree with you on that one, I think you're right. [ Not that he believes the genetic differences in sex or psychological differences in gender can be generalized that greatly but for him, personally? Yeah. He's done. ]

It's a miracle the people he cares about back home found out bits and pieces. Then he pulls out the disc to offer it over. It's easy to see the tension in him as he stands in the same beat.] You watch, I'll - go take a piss. Grade it on a scale of 1 to a shitty childhood for when I get back.

[The disc has four different scenes in it, some craftily shorter than others but nothing spectacularly awful - the worst perhaps being the flashback of his wedding to Izzie.]

[ He settles down, waiting until Karev's out of earshot before he loads up the video. Watches, quietly, taking in the scene, the context, like this is any other case. He feels like that's the best way to approach this, with professionalism rather than sentimentality, like Alex might get that better. Knowing what he knows, this could be sensitive and he's not taking this lightly in the least.
