	[She stays still against him, not wanting to add to his burden and also doing her best to keep from bleeding on him as indelicate as that sounds. It isn't something she has much control over though. [ He did well enough to ignore the smell of blood but with her so close it's impossible not to notice. It stirs a deep hunger in him, followed by the overwhelming swell of nausea courtesy of the guilt-tripping soul. Mind splintering he pushes onwards for a moment longer before making a beeline for a building. It's temporary shelter at least, enough to give him a moment to swallow all this down.

He puts her down quickly, if not unkindly. ]

Just fine. [ Not fine. Really wishing he could breathe right now if only to draw some steadying breaths but instead he opts for raking his fingers back through his hair, eyes squeezed shut. It's hard to keep the demon at bay, bumps and ridges emerging on his features despite his best efforts. ]

Find something to wipe yourself off with, you're getting blood all over me.
