Day 222 — Mandatory activity mingle
[ It's a wonderful, stormy day here in Squall Asylum and vacation time is officially over! Your gracious overlords have worked out a light itinerary for you today and they expect you to keep it.

Get in line to pick up your food rations for the day. Eat breakfast if you have time for it, or perhaps you'd rather skip this one time and save yourself the discomfort during the two hours of exercise that follow. Jogging, jumping jacks or perhaps impromptu team sports, whatever you end up doing you bet you'll come out exercised in the end!

Should you not want to participate... well. We have ways to make you join in. Anyone reluctant to get their heart rate up will get a helpful electric prod by one of the bots until they comply. Tough cookies.

Luckily you'll get a chance to wash off that sweat (hope you're not shy, the wash room can get crowded) before it's time for the silent game for an hour, followed by lunch. The day is not over yet though! There's still time for a couple of hours of hard labor tending to the crops, doing laundry or perhaps breaking bricks in the yard. To make sure none of the inmates are broken this is also the time for mandatory physical checkups — bots will guide you to the hospital. No ifs or buts. The violation of personal privacy is for your own good, we promise.

[Meditation]
[Asami usually has no trouble sitting still or focusing on introspection0. She's just still terribly happy with what she's finding. Her eyes open every so often, looking around worriedly.]

[Exercise]
[Asami's no stranger to workouts, even in prison. She moves gracefully, jogging around idly and stretching. She's no fan of being forced to do this stuff, but she can't roll with it.]

[Crops]
[This would almost be relaxing if she didn't have to. Gardening could become a hobby of hers, if she ever gets out of this. Or even back to Marina.]

Hey.

[It's a quiet greeting as Oz sits down beside Korra while she's meditating. He happens to be a professional at this, but he also is glad to see a familiar face doing it as well, as long as she hasn't figured out it was him who attacked her yet. Not that it was him. He hadn't wanted to. But still, he loses more friends through their finding out what he is than any other way.]

[For Richie, exercise is just another part of his normal routine, but he's being a bit more...conservative today. When having to job, he tries to stay back behind everyone else, not easy considering that he hates going slow when he doesn't have to.

So instead he gets a hand towel and keeps it around his neck as he jogs. He sees Asami and sends a little grin her way--totally not having any issues with being around all these people, can't you tell.]

Hey, Asami. Guess if they had to make a routine, keeping fit isn't the worst thing they could do to us.

	Nothing happened last time we were transferred, but who knows. We weren't exactly the same this time. [Which is something that definitely caught his attention.] I don't feel like there's anything wrong, but hey, I'd rather have a check up tell me nothing's wrong than to find out later something was but no one caught it. 	[He thinks about it.] It probably has to do with what the wardens of the last prison said about us really being a consciousness made up of pure data. They can transfer that data into any body they want. But the bodies are different for some reason. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
