Extending my hiatus to around the 20th. Assume Tear, Saber and Shiki are hiding away after the party to avoid causing bodily harm to others.

Don't forget about us! We miss you when you're not active, and being missed for two activity checks in a row is a presumed drop. Feel free to apologize/explain/etc in the comments here, and we'll strike you off the list.

We have also missed Charles Crishunds (Vassalord) for the second time in a row, and he will be dropped. In addition, Erza Scarlet (Fairy Tail) and Brief (Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt) never introed in the community, and will be dropped. Our apologies especially to Brief, who posted a hiatus midway through the month due to computer troubles.

Hi everyone. Sari here, the mun of everyone's favorite vampire hating-vampire hunting-vampire. Is that enough vampires for you in one sentence, Marina? Zero has been here from Day 12 in the facility. In the beginning, stalking all the vampires was an easy job since the vampires were pretty well behaved and ranging in the numbers of 4-7 fairly consistently. Some of the more recent ones are not as complacent as previous vampires, and causing a little more havoc in the dome. So for the last couple of months I've slowly been working on getting Zero to the point where he's ready to do something about it. 


Zero has gotten permission in game to develop a task force specializing in dealing with vampires.

This will be a group of Defense Force members that will be responsible for developing specific rules that MUST be followed as well as permission to enforce them if they are broken. This will include punishment and justice--for both sides--if boundaries are crossed. These rules will be developed both IC and OOC as will everything else. This should help
with overall plotting of things and allow for more vampire drama while still feeling as if justice is being served to those who are being harmed. A little organized chaos is the plan.
 

Some important things to note for volunteers: 
1. This group will consist of volunteers from the DF-If your character is not a part of the DF and wants to be a part of this task force, we are going to have to get them on the DF first.

2. Zero's ONE big requirement for anyone willing to join is they MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE.If your character is not from a world where vampires exist or your character has never done something like this before, it's just not going to happen. Feel free to harass him IC as much as possible about joining, he'll just line-face you forever and say no. I'm always open to OOCly plotting something to get past that rule, but it will probably
be difficult.

3. Vampires are welcome to join if it would be IC for them to do so.

Vampire Task Force List

Not everyone is as lucky as Zero to have the ability to just be in the presence of a vampire and recognize they are one. In order to properly do their 'job' the task force will need to be provided with a list of who are actually vampires to keep an eye on. Zero naturally keeps an accurate list in his head that can easily be recorded.


The issue we are having is ICly Zero and Suzaku don't see eye to eye on who should get this list.
-Suzaku wants the DF to have access to the list so if it is a vampire being dangerous that anyone on the DF will recognize them and call in for assistance from someone able to handle the situation.
-Zero wants the information provided on a need to know basis to only the task force in order for them to do their position.

Either way it won't be general knowledge to the facility as a whole. Any IC reactions either way for anyone? Arguments pro either argument or con the list all together? (IC especially)

This was originally supposed to be a drop post for Red but I just couldn't do it ;; I was originally supposed to come off of hiatus today, but unexpected homework came out of nowhere and I am going to have to push the date back until Feb. 20/21. At that time I will also make the final decision on whether to drop or keep Red, after I do some canon review and look at how my schedule's going to be for the rest of the semester.
