Fred didn't give a toss what Skeeter said. He and George didn't have any secrets -- well, nothing really dangerous or anything -- so whatever he was doing with Angie and Cho, Fred figured everything was fine. Didn't mean he wasn't angry, didn't mean he wasn't going to find some way to get back at Skeeter for some of those... photos.

Didn't mean he wasn't going to show up for a date with Angie looking ten kinds of sharp, flowers and all. He knocked on her door and tried not to bounce while he waited.
