not your average boarding school
Rule #1 - Keep your fangs and claws to yourself: no snacking on any of the student body.
Rule #2 - No magic in the hallways. Rule #3 - A full moon is no excuse for not having made your homework. We're at the dawn of the '15 - '16 school year, and it might be the most exciting one yet! The students and teachers will soon find that with the turning of the leaves, newcomers at the Academy, the election of a new Class President, something darker is about to be unleashed - something that will draw powerful forces towards the Academy to prey on its supernatural student body. Open since 2013, St. Margaret's Academy is now looking for more great RPers and fresh faces to add to the fun. We're a fun and laid back group. Enrol your progeny today! |

The train comes to a halt, and the conductor ushers you out onto a quaint-looking platform, reminding you not to forget your suitcase. Perhaps you are alone upon arrival. Perhaps there are others with you. Either way, there's now no leaving the magical little town of Chepley Parva, where the normal rules of physics don't apply. A mysterious barrier keeps the rest of the world locked out... and everyone else in. All advanced technology - electronics, motor vehicles, and even guns - brought into town stop working. Scientists and magicians alike are working to figure out what's going on and make up for the limitations, but it's hard to find common ground between the inherently rational and the naturally illogical. Everyone has the same story: dropped off at the train station sometime in the last five years. If any of the current residents have been in Chepley Parva longer, and know its secrets? They aren't telling. Applications for original and canon characters are all welcome! What if our beloved superheroes, supervillains, and everyone in between woke up in a world that was abandoned? What if they didn't remember anything from their past life and all they knew was what was before them? What if their basic need to survive in a new harsh decaying landscape was challenged by an unseen and omniscient watcher? Could heroes still be heroes? Would villains still be villains? Would sworn enemies unite in friendship? Would lovers still find each other or would new unprecedented affection blossom into something unexpected?

invinciblemods is an Original-Character Superhero Roleplaying Game. Set in Chicago, Illinois, the focus is on the residents and employees of Chicago's Department of Metahuman Security Facility -- superpowered Field Operatives, their Government Agent overseers, and the powered innocents just trying to live as normal a life as they can. Well, except for the rogue superhuman terrorist group APEX running amok.Open since the end of June, Act II of the five-act planned plot has just begun, with plenty of opportunities available to new players!

 Howard Stark had a dream to create a school where the best and the brightest could shine. Charles Xavier had a dream where mutants and humans could peacefully coexist. Each opening schools where such dreams could come into fruition, they would forever change the world, as would the students and staff that would find their home there.
After surviving everything from the Mutant Registration Act to a HYDRA invasion of New York City, it seems that things are finally settling down. The X-Men debuted as a team to help bring mutants in need to the Xavier school and also promote peaceful coexistence. The world appears to be at peace, even if it is far from perfect. Even Howard Stark's tragic death earlier this year doesn't seem to have much of an effect on the students of his school or of Xavier's, but their world is about to be rocked again and this time it will need to be avenged. Now is as good a time as ever to join MARVEL PREP as we begin to transition into a new chapter of the game where the world will need more than the X-Men to save them. DESPERATELY SEEKING

Toto, this doesn't quite seem like Kansas anymore. The island is far from the world you remember. This isn't your home, this isn't even Earth from as far as you can tell. But why? How did you get here? It seems the whims of an unknown and forgotten goddess has decided to make you her plaything, dragging you from your world and timeline and placing you on an inescapable island. Welcome to Twisted Island, where anything can happen and it usually does. The island changes with the mood of the goddess. It’s her playground and you are one of the very many toys in it. But you’re not alone. There are others stuck on the island just like you and if you’re lucky the goddess didn't just steal you away, but friends and family you know as well. Best idea though? Make friends, powerful friends. Make sure there are people to watch your back because when the island starts to change, you're going to need every little bit of help you can get. Will you survive, or will you give up and break under the pressure? Apply and become one of the many playthings that the goddess loves to toy with on Twisted Island.
