The hottest show of the 22nd century, Reality Dome, has hit its third season and the producers have decided it’s time for a twist. While prior shows have focused on interpersonal drama and people adapting to occasionally unusual terrain within the dome that houses the show, the producers have taken it a step darker this season. The Is were dotted, the Ts were crossed, and deals were struck to allow criminals of varying degrees onto the show. Unbeknownst to one half of the cast, the other half of the cast is coming from some very questionable or outright criminal circumstances.

But there's something else that none of them are aware of ...

The contract they had to sign was pretty impressive, and the odds were good they missed the clause mixed in that covered the asses of the scientists who had prepared the real twist -- a mutagen injection to be introduced at the start of the year-long season that would have a variety of effects on the participants.

Reality Dome takes place in a completely contained environment controlled entirely by the producers and other show staff. Accidents have happened in the past, and all the participants are aware they might have signed their life away … but the grand prize for sticking it out the full year (a million dollars a year for the next ten years and expunging of criminal records or undesirable circumstances for those who need it) makes it all worth it.

… doesn’t it?

a game of horror vignettes
Horror Story is an ever-evolving alternate universe for original characters. Unwittingly, these characters have been pulled into a place beyond the boundaries of time and space. A shifting dark side or twilight zone that they have no control over and very little - if any - knowledge of. Only a select few will become aware that the rules of this world are being altered, but everyone can feel that something is amiss.

The game works in cycles. Each cycle will have its own setting and major plot arc. All characters will be included, though how involved they become in the main story is up to you. At the end of the cycle the world may shift, but the characters will remain; forced into a new situation, and given the opportunity for a new role.

Currently recruiting for Cycle Four, concluding Cycle Three. Looking for interested, engaged players.

You always saw yourself as different from the people around you. There was always something in the back of your head whispering how much more you could be, how much more you could do. But you never understood it, or maybe you passed it off as wishful thinking.

That was until some stranger walked up to you and said you had an innate magical ability that qualified you to attend a school. You were then presented with a choice: join the school to help you hone your powers or remain with your friends and family with no memory of your meeting.

Welcome to Atlantis.

In recent years, only the last two classes of students were allowed to go on missions. There was a sense of entitlement and confidence that came with participating in real world activities, but this year, things are different. There is a sense of tension among the staff after the announcement that the administration wouldn’t only be accepting sixth and seventh years for missions, as it had in the past, but it would also be including students as young as second years. Why the sudden change? No one knows, but the bulletin boards don’t give you any hints. Now, nearly every time someone goes on a mission, they come back hurt. Most recently a professor disappeared during the mission after a woman was killed right in front of him. No one knows where he went, and no one at the school is giving up answers.
