School is back in session! Come join McKinley High, a season-three Glee RPG at InsaneJournal (100 icon limit, 'nuff said)! The game picked up with the season 3 premiere, with everything through season 2 as canon, although events may differ from here on out! We're building up steam in season 3, so now is a great time to join us! Holds are available for up to three days, although we encourage you to apply as soon as time permits.  An original fantasy game based in the Wild Cards universe edited by George RR Martin. No knowledge of the universe is required. Not long after the end of World War II when everyone was just focused on brining peace to the world everything changed. That date was September 15 1946. There was an explosion in a small town in America, an explosion that would change the world forever. Sitting there, was a spaceship with a real, alive, alien. That Alien went on to explain about a genetic virus that had been developed upon their world and was now on Earth. A virus that changed the genetic makeup of people it attached itself too - if it didn't kill them first. He was here to stop it from being released by his fellow aliens. Except he didn't know if they were alive or where they had landed. The Government didn't believe him and by the time they did it was too late. All events on the show leading up to the mid-season finale have occurred. This game takes place in the aftermath. Once the show returns in 2012, we'll stick with whatever timeline we have created and ignore the show's events, unless we want to use particular pieces of the show's plot to advance our own plots. The attempt to kill Klaus failed, Mikhail was killed (or was he?), and Stefan was released from Klaus' compulsion. Now, in order to keep people in Mystic Falls safe, Stefan has moved the bodies of the Original Family to a secret location. The battle between Klaus and the Mystic Falls crew is slated to start at any moment. And, of course, there's plenty of high school drama to go along with it. The game will be played in 'real-time'. Characters are encouraged to interact in a variety of ways: character journals, threads, logs, text messages, emails, etc. The Timeline will be updated to reflect any major events that take place. In our world, hidden from the knowledge of those called homosapien, is a whole other world.
