Dear Prospective Student,

We here at Bainbridge Academy of Excellence have the immense pleasure of informing you that you have been accepted into our educational programs for the fall and spring semesters of this school year. It is with much deliberation that we made this decision, and we hope that our choice of accepting you opens a new field of opportunities for your future. The talents and gifts that our scouts assured us you have look to be quite promising. We cannot wait to see the progress you will make under our grueling educational program that is not only geared toward improving your minds, but also the social stature you were born with.

Along with this letter, you will be receiving a packet of information that includes our student's code of conduct, as well as your enrollment forms for the fall semester. Please read through each of these elements carefully. Once you have covered everything, fill out the enrollment form and send it back to the school's address so that we can get to the business of arranging a dorm room and class schedule for you.

Bainbridge Academy of Excellence is a co-ed, grades 9-12 boarding school located in Arworth Beach, Georgia. Established upon a gorgeous 215 acres, Bainbridge Academy is a very prestigious boarding school that offers a safe environment, small classes, individualized attention, and a rigorous college preparatory program. We also offer quality resources such as the library, theater facilities, athletic complexes, a short walk to the beach, as well as a world-class Equestrian Center. All of our faculty have advanced degrees in either education or another specialty, and can lend special attention to each and every student who needs it.

Bainbridge Academy is a community-based roleplay that takes place within a very “preppy” boarding school setting. We're just getting started, so there's plenty of time to begin plotting story lines with other players. Almost all PB's that you could possibly want are still available for the claiming. We want to work hard to make this a roleplay that is known for its friendliness, creativeness, and fun atmosphere. Join today! Welcome to the City of Carroll, referred to as Wonderland City by some, a degenerate city nestled right in the middle of Nowhere. Formerly controlled by a faceless, unknown puppet master aliased as OMEGA, the entire city was thrown into disarray when OMEGA suddenly and unexpectedly vanished.

Now, everything that seemed to run so smoothly in the strange city of Carroll is being destroyed and a struggle for control of the cityhas begun and the citizens must choose their alliance;

There's the refined and haughty A L A B A S T E R S, led by the White King and Queen, who think they're ever-so-much better than you. Very much ad odds with the wild and impulsive C R I M S O N S, led by the Red King and Queen, who love you for your body. Or try seeking protection from W I L D C A R D, the city's law enforcement faction--as long as you catch them on a good day. A PAN-JUDICATURE RPG


It takes a certain kind of intrepidity to abduct agents of the law.

Who? Why? How? There is no apparent consistency in the choice of victims. They are from all levels of jurisdiction, from an array of geographical coordinates. Only one thing seems to connect them: a brilliant mind.

ABRIDGED Contemporary investigators are trapped on an island for the amusement of their mystery host. They must face up to the host's challenges in order to be freed...or be met with nasty consequences. Players have the option of playing their character as one of the abducted or those back home attempting to search and rescue their missing colleagues.

On May 1st, 2009, nation leaders spoke together to reveal a truth to the world: the supernatural world is real. Vampires, werewolves, and more exist. They have been known to the government for a long time, and now they are coming out of the shadows - and they come with a message. They are not a threat. They mean no danger to humans. But there are other things out there that do.

The days that followed changed everything most people believed they knew about the world, about history, and most importantly, about themselves. Celebrities, politicians, the family down the street - they began revealing their true identities, and telling the world what they really were. Missing people that had been turned against their will came out of hiding, and orginizations popped up to reunite them with their families. The revealing of the supernatural was penned in the media as the Light of May, as society made room for the supernatural.

It wasn't easy. Many, human and supernatural alike, were terrified of what this would mean. Some wanted to keep the supernatural abominations down. Leading figures of both Democratic and Republican parties were revealed to be supernaturals themselves, and joined together to fight for civil rights for the supernatural. It is revealed that if the supernatural were wiped out, half of the entire world's population would be gone. Independent parties popped up through-out the country, opposing supernatural rights, and the fight goes on. But those aren't the only battles being fought.

Why did the Light of May happen? If the supernatural has always existed, why are they only making themselves known now? For centuries, those with supernatural blood have been hunted, held, and killed - all for the benefits of their blood to hunters, and vampires who don't want to play by the rules of etiquette. There was a time when the angels, and even the fae, fought to protect them. But the fae have been extinct for hundreds of years, and worse - the angels seem to have disappeared. There is nothing fighting the demons of the world at bay now. The human race is at risk, and they are not alone.



The Light of May is an original supernatural game, taking place in a time when the world is adjusting to the world that has been hidden since the beginning of time. The game is set in Ann Arbor, Michigan, centered around a fictional township called Scarlet Oak. Characters of many races are up for play, as are those trusty humans. The Light of May will be focusing on characters adjustments and the eventual struggle against demons, hunters, and more.

The Light of May is for original characters only. Pre-existing fandom characters will not be allowed. The game has just launched to the public, and we already have 75+ characters. We are a large, friendly group, with regular OOC social chats on the weekends, and two mods who go out of their way to make sure everyone is involved and no player goes ignored! Magic is alive in the Kingdom of Lexora, and it is a gift greatly sought after. In a world where technology has not progressed past the ‘Middle Ages’ magic is this world’s greatest resource. With the aid of a powerful Mage, Witch or Sorcerer a King can ensure the continuing prosperity of his people and their land. There is only one problem:

Someone more powerful will always exist.

So to answer the demands of the Lexora monarchy those who practice magic have banded together to teach their ways in Northgale Academy. In this castle settled in the frozen north they toil away, forming the young adults of the realm into the strongest they have to offer. It will be up to them to ensure that Lexora will keep its neutral stance among the raging Royal politics.
